A reward scheme for businesses and/or individuals that recommend TMG services to others, with the resultant being new business for TMG.






Scheme Overview

TMG offer a reward scheme for customers and or individuals that recommend our services to others and as a result we gain the business.
It is designed as an incentive for existing customers and individuals as a small token of our appreciation for recommending our services.



How it Works

  1. You refer a potential client to TMG for one of our managed services.
  2. As a result of the referral, TMG sign the customer up to one or more services at which point the rebate becomes available.
  3. Rewards are dated from the day the customer signs with us and are paid into the referers account on the 20th of the following month.
  4. Rewards are only available for new, not existing TMG customers.


What TMG Services does the reward scheme apply to?

The reward is available for the following products and services;

  • Application Hosting
  • Managed Service Contracts
  • Managed Phone Contract
  • Managed Video Conferencing Solutions
  • Hardware purchases


How the rewards are structured

Rewards are available for both the installation component and ongoing subscription for the period of 1 year.
The rebate fee is based on 10% of earnings.

Some examples;

  1. Site install for hosting - $10,000 setup you receive $1000.
  2. Ongoing hosted fee at $95 - you get $9.50 per user per month for a year. These rewards are paid monthly.


Reward Scheme Terms & Conditions

  • Not available to existing customers
  • Not available to customers already in negotiations with TMG
  • Monthly rewards are for the maximum of 1 year
  • If the customer ends the contract the rewards cease at the date of contract termination
  • TMGs general terms and conditions apply
  • Rewards are payable only after contract signed
  • Payments are made on the 20th of the following month
  • TMG reserves the right to alter or cease this scheme at any time without notice
