TMG has a number of internal QA systems and processes in place.

These include: 
  • Following Industry best practice.  TMG keeps its staff up to date and trained on new and existing technologies.  Its engineers hold relevant security and networking qualifications and these are kept up to date.  TMG has an R&D budget and this has a particular focus towards security best practice.  TMG tends to base its systems and processes on the ISO 27001 and 27002 standards
  • Following Health IT best practice.   TMG ensures that its people, process and systems adhere to HISO standard and are keeping up to date with the 2016 Inter-operability standard.  TMG’s uses and adheres to the standards for the Connected Health Network.
  • Sector representation.  TMG works with a wide range of Health Providers, Service Providers, DHBS and PHOS to keep current with sector changes and standards.  It is represented in a number of industry steering groups (name some).  TMG regularly attends Health conferences such as HINZ and SNOWMED.

  • Technicians certifications NZCE
  • CompTIA – A+, N+, 
  • Cisco Certified Engineer’s – (CCENT) In progress with three engineers.
  • Cyberoam Certified Network & Security Professional – CCNSP
  • Medtech-32 Certified Engineers
  • Medtech Evolution Certified Engineers
